Consistency and communication are required to maintain a reserved weekly lesson time.

Students may be removed from their recurring time slot for:

• cancelling 3 consecutive lessons
• cancelling a lesson and not communicating after 2 or more follow-up attempts

If removed from a recurring slot, students may continue lessons based on availability, but their previous day and time are not guaranteed.

Continued extended periods of no communication may result in termination of lessons.

Make-up credits apply only to students who have paid in advance.

1. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please notify Where’s the Music in advance to receive a make-up credit. This credit may be used to reschedule the lesson at a later date.
2. If Where’s the Music is closed or cancels a lesson, a make-up credit will be issued automatically.
3. Missed lessons without prior notice are not eligible for a make-up credit, except in the case of emergencies. More than one unexcused missed lesson may result in discontinuation of lessons.

1. Lessons that are paid in advance are intended to be scheduled and completed within 90 days of payment to ensure timely use of credits and maintain an efficient lesson schedule. 
2. If lessons are not scheduled or completed within this timeframe, the payment may be forfeited.

To ensure a smooth and safe learning environment, any child not actively in a lesson must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult during their time at the studio.

As the studio is located within a professional office building, I’m unable to supervise students outside of their scheduled lesson time. This policy helps maintain a calm, focused atmosphere and ensures all students are safely accounted for.
