Payments and Policies

For flexibility, students can choose to pay for each lesson individually after booking the initial lesson through the website.  Prices are as follows:

• 30-minute lesson: $25
• 60-minute lesson: $50

Payment is due at the time of the lesson.

After the initial lesson is booked through the website, students can opt for monthly payments, with lessons held once a week.  The monthly payment covers the cost of weekly lessons for that month, with a total of 48 lessons per year, factoring in breaks for major holidays. 

• 30-minute lessons: $100 per month ($25 per lesson)
• 60-minute lessons: $200 per month ($50 per lesson)

1. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please notify Where's the Music in advance to receive a make up credit.  This credit allows you to reschedule the lesson for a later date.
2. If a lesson is missed due to Where's the Music being closed, a make up credit will automatically be issued to schedule the make up lesson. 
3. Consistent attendance is vital for your piano progress.  If a lesson is missed without prior notice, it will not be eligible for a make-up credit (unless there was an emergency)
4. If a lesson is missed without prior notice more than once, lessons may be discontinued.

1. Lessons that are paid in advance are intended to be scheduled and completed within 90 days of payment to ensure timely use of credits and maintain an efficient lesson schedule. 
2. If lessons are not scheduled or completed within this timeframe, the payment may be forfeited.
